 We cultivate different varieties of olives respecting the principles of integrated agriculture.

 We harvest the olives during the veraison phase, when they are rich in antioxidants, polyphenols and unsaturated fatty acids, useful for the benefit of people's health.

 On the same day of the harvest, carried out by hand, the olives are subjected to pressing, using the traditional stone pressing technique, in the family mill. This allows a cold extraction of the oil, which allows to keep intact all the qualitative and beneficial properties of the oil, as well as a broad aromatic spectrum. 
The result is an excellent quality product with health properties, which make extra virgin olive oil the symbol of the Mediterranean diet.

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL BURGUS VITAE

Extra virgin olive oil obtained from different varieties of olives, both native from Abruzzo region, and national varieties.

It is a EVO oil blend with a delicate and sweet taste on the palate. Slightly fruity, it maintains all the freshness of the olives.

Recommended both raw and for cooking, it lends itself to various uses in the kitchen. Excellent on roasted meat and fish.

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

MONOCULTIVAR GENTILE BURGUS VITAE

The Monocultivar Gentile line is obtained only from olives of the Gentile di Chieti variety.  

It is a late variety with drupes ranging from green to purple. The oil, green in color, has a medium intensity fruitiness. The taste has a hint of fresh grass and artichoke, delicate on the palate.

It is elegant with the right harmony of bitter and spicy.

Recommended raw on cheeses, soups and vegetables

Product made with Montepulciano grape.  

It is obtained by concentrating the grape must with slow evaporation by boiling. From 100 liters of must we get 20 liters of cooked must.  

It is a characteristic product of the Abruzzo region used both for desserts and to garnish ice cream. Recommended on fresh and aged cheeses. Excellent for salad dressing.

JUICE of montepulciano grapes

It is a 100% Montepulciano grape extract only.

Very healthy product because it is rich in polyphenols. There are no added sugars. Grape juice is very energetic because it is rich in potassium and iron.

If it seems too dense, it is advisable to dilute it with water.

JAM of Montepulciano grapes

Made entirely and exclusively with Montepulciano grapes. This variety, typical of the Abruzzo region, is a black grape, very rich in polyphenols and resveratrol with a slightly tannic taste.

The jam is obtained only with grapes without the addition of sugars, thickeners or preservatives. It is the typical jam of the Abruzzo region, also used for pies and typical sweets.

From the Abruzzo tradition, puree made with 3 different tomatoes:

- Datterino tomatoes for sweetness,
