We have been producing extra virgin olive oil for generations.
The first family oil mill was inaugurated in 1939. Since then we have maintained the tradition according to which the olives are harvested by hand and pressed on the same day.
We use the stone pressing technique that allows us to obtain an oil at a low temperature in order to preserve the varietal aromas of the olives to the maximum.
For years we have been committed to the processing of quality products respecting the environment and enhancing the nature that surrounds us.
The Burgus Vitae estate extends over an area of about 17 hectares dedicated to vineyards and olive groves.
Our olive trees are located in Abruzzo, between the Adriatic Sea and the Majella massif. This particular exposure benefits from an ideal microclimate for the production of quality olives and oil.
